Below is the pricing information for documents requested from our office:
- Resale Certificate, Governing Docs, Financials & Budget Package: $300.00
- Resale Certificate: $50.00
- Governing Docs: $50.00
- Dues Current Letter: $ 150.00 (You provide for us to fill out)
- Lender Questionnaire: $250.00 (You provide for us to fill out)
- Misc. documents related to insurance or loan underwriting - in addition to resale certificate: $25.00 per page
- Move out (seller)/Move in (buyer) fee: $75.00/each
- Rush fee: $100.00
- Returned payment fee: $50.00
*Standard time to receive documents is 3 business days* -- if you need it sooner, please add $100 rush fee.
We do require prepayment, and this can be done in person with cash or check at our office in Blaine, by credit card by invoice, or via online payment here.
Once at GreaterMidwestRealty.com, head to the More tab and click 'Make a Payment'. Add the dollar amount into the Resale Certificates box no matter what type of document you are paying for. NOTE: Please double check the checking/savings account and routing number are correct. If incorrect, there will be a returned payment fee of $50.00.
You will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation number, contact info, and address of where you would like the documents sent once you have completed payment.
If playing by credit card, please let email@example.com know who to invoice and an email to send the invoice to. There is a credit card fee pf $3.50 per $100 that will be included. When you receive the invoice and make the credit card payment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify her of the completed transaction.
